My Halloween Cakes
Halloween Striped Sprinkle cake

This is my debut cake! I made it for a sprinkle-striped cake project.Baking these French Macarons was a new experience for me. The black frosting is chocolate American buttercream, colored with Americolor Super Black gel. I used ”Bewitched” Halloween Jimmies from Fancy Sprinkles.(UPDATE: This specific blend is sold out, but explore their latest Halloween sprinkles!)
Vampire Halloween Cake

I created this cake for an Instagram Halloween collaboration. The vampire mouth mold came from Etsy. I used Sweet Sticks Edible Art Paint to color it. My first idea was a black isomalt sail, but it didn’t work out. Rather, I made a “black cape” from isomalt, which looked fantastic! It’s very realistic. I bought the isomalt on Amazon. The cake features Italian Meringue buttercream and a red white chocolate ganache drip (colored with Americolor gel). The sprinkles are “Fangbanger” Halloween Jimmies from Fancy Sprinkles.
Exorcist Cake

Creating this cake for a horror-themed contest was so much fun! I chose “The Exorcist” as my inspiration.Linda Blair’s infamous vomit scene promptly came to mind, and I knew I had to include it. I found a picture of Linda Blair on Etsy and had it printed at Kroger. the print wasn’t fully black,so I used an edible black pen to fill in those areas. For the sprinkle barks, I melted Wilton black candy and added Halloween sprinkles. The pea-green drip is white chocolate ganache, colored with just a couple of drops of Chefmaster neon green and yellow food coloring.
