My Neapolitan Cake
Neapolitan ice cream is a favourite, so I chose a neapolitan cake! I baked Cake By Courtney’s Neapolitan Cake recipe and buttercream. It was truly delicious! I used fresh strawberries and strawberry emulsion rather of dry strawberries. To decorate, I used Sweetapolita Rainbow Classic sprinkles. The ice cream sketch? I used an Etsy stencil! I carefully painted it with buttercream. It truly seems simple, but keeping the colors separate was tricky! I’m happy with the final result.
